We offer a wide array of Ytterbium-doped YAG gemstones, celebrated for their ability to be fashioned into dazzling, vivid gemstones spanning multiple shades of teal. This makes them a favorite among gemstone enthusiasts and jewelers alike. While a large portion of our Yb:YAG offerings originates from recycled laser scrap, we also feature a special variety explicitly cultivated to cater to the gemstone market. This specific approach to growth is possible because these YAG crystals are not intended for laser use, which significantly broadens the scope for color manipulation. By focusing solely on their aesthetic qualities, we are able to enhance the crystal growth process to achieve an extraordinary range of blueish-green teal colors, often compared to the luxurious "Paraiba" tourmaline. This careful cultivation not only allows for remarkable color intensity but also ensures that each gemstone exhibits superior clarity and brilliance, making them highly desirable for unique and striking jewelry pieces.
