🌍 GENERAL MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

  • Material Name:Violet Beryl
  • Country of Origin :
  • Growth Method: Hydrothermal

Hydrothermal violet beryl is very beautiful material. It is rarely grown over 6mm so size is often limited. It is dichroic, with a red C axis and purple A axis. When the table is placed on the A axis, and the purple and red mix, the stone flashes a deep magenta color similar to fine rhodolite garnets but a bit more complex due to the dichroism causing changes in color upon rotation.
